Con Edison requested a UI/UX review of their Outage Management Systems (OMS) dashboard, an internal tool used by the executive and operations to demonstrate current system outages. The limited scope included collaboration with stakeholders, research and design of an renewed dashboard system that reflected current brand standards with delivery of an updated user interface.
